A buffet breakfast served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am every day, featuring hot beverages, milk, water, fruit juices, breads, pastries, cereals, butter, jam, Nutella, ham, eggs, sausage, fruit salad, fromage blanc, emmental.
Service provided in the Restaurant dining room. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace in summer.
The Bar at the Auberge is open at 7:00 am for breakfast service and closes when the last customer leaves the restaurants in the evening.
In a plush atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle while still well within the confines of the Inn, between the Reception and the gourmet restaurant, the bar of the Auberge provides a very relaxing setting.
It’s a perfect place to await your table or to set up a rendezvous. It’s also the ideal spot to relax between meetings or meet up with friends as you start off your evening.

Etna, under the direction of Labourel, is an Italian Brasserie that was completely redesigned and took on brand new dimensions in 2013. You’ll find the traditional dishes and pizzas you’ve always loved with their delicious Italian flavors, But some of the daily specials, desserts, and dishes will have a decidedly French flair.
The Etna is a warm and friendly meeting of culinary traditions where you will enjoy bright and spacious dining in a relaxed atmosphere.

The main room of the Auberge du Cheval Blanc Restaurant is an evocation of a large country house family room. Our tradition is attached to the best products of our countryside’s, to the authentic, imaginative and valuable creativity of our “Carte”, highlighted by an impressive choice of wines.
Yann Zwysig is a young promising Chef, with an already significant training. He just took the reins of the Auberge’s kitchen encouraged and supported by his team and his leadership. With a degree in international gastronomy, Yann made his classes at prestigious Café Lenôtre and le Pré Catelan, and then started serving starred Chefs through France to coined his experience.
Now he joined our team and found its place here, bringing his own vision of accessible and contemporary cuisine, following our tradition of generosity and high quality, in a warm and gourmet proposition of menus and card. The desire to delight us is obvious, let’s show no resistance …
The restaurant offers 3 dining rooms, and each one features its own style to create a fantastically harmonious ambiance. In summer, the terrace is set up for outdoor dining. The tables are covered with lovely tablecloths. Come enjoy all of the culinary pleasures our restaurant offers out in the fresh air. The restaurant can seat up to 200 guests, but it’s also the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or for a family reunion, a business dinner, or a business meeting.
